When it comes to managing time, the NGTeco Time App is a valuable tool for your NGTeco time clock. By connecting the app to a local Wi-Fi network that is shared with the time clock, you can streamline your time management process.

The app provides a secure connection to the clock by simply scanning the QR code from the Admin Menu. This ensures that your data remains protected.

With the NGTeco Time App, admin users have access to a range of useful features:

<ol>
 <li>Set up clock punch rules and configure clock options.</li>
 <li>Add or update employee data and sync it with the time clock.</li>
 <li>View attendance records retrieved from the time clock.</li>
 <li>Retrieve time cards from the clock and email reports to admin user accounts.</li>
 <li>Add missing punches for employees and sync them with the clock for accurate time card calculations.</li>
</ol>

To ensure the security of your data on the App, NGTeco provides the following protection measures:

<ol>
 <li>Admin users can set a passcode from the time clock admin menu, which is required to connect the App to the device.</li>
 <li>The NGTeco Time App does not store any data locally on your mobile phone. Any new or updated data is directly pushed to the time clock.</li>
</ol>
